Today’s Tip: It’s just as important in your weight loss journey to take a day off to allow your body to reset and those muscles to rebuild from your last workout. A treat on your “day off” is fine, but try to do non-food related ones if you can. Going to see a movie, getting a massage or manicure / pedicure, going shopping, or just time spent with family / friends are great ways to celebrate your success from the week!
