Happy Saturday! Let’s Wake Up Shall We!

Here are a few quick workouts to start or energize your day and get the weekend off to a great start!

To work both Arms, Shoulders, and Core:

One-Arm Dumbbell Rows with Ball

12-Minute Abs Workout:

 Inner and Outer Thigh Toner:

Inner and Outer Thigh Toner

These should take less than a half hour out of your day and rev up that metabolism a bit. If you like you can start off with a little stretching, some brisk walking in place for 1-3 minutes to get that heart rate up a bit, than finish with some stretching.
