Crunches…With a Twist!

I love these crunches! To make them even more challenging, try bending your knees up in the air at a 45 degree angle or do them on one of those weird angled benches. You know, the ones you hook your feet under on the top and you’re almost upside down?

This would be a good finale to the “Cardio Blast” I posted yesterday!
