An update on how it’s going – 4 1/2 days – 2.2 pounds!!
Ok, hungry, very hungry but Greek yogurt is saving the day. After having my fruit snack this morning, it was time for the probiotic one and I was desperate so I made up a quick, easy snack recipe. If you like coconut and Mars bars, it’s nice alternative to the fruity stuff.
“Mars Bar” Yogurt:
1 cup (or about 6 ounces) fat free greek yogurt (any brand)
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
4 packets of truvia, stevia, or other non-sugar sweetener (to taste)
Add all ingredients to the yogurt. Mix up, chill in freezer for about 5 minutes, mix again, and enjoy!
