Food & Activity Log 7-20-12

I promised you a good day and back to exercise and today am delivering! And tomorrow will post both food and a “tips/tricks” post. So stay tuned for all the excitement!!!


Breakfast: Total Calories – 354 calories

Coffee w/ fat free half & half (2 cups) – 51 calories

McDonald’s Egg McMuffin – 300 calories

Green Tea – 0 calories

Hot water w/fresh lemon juice – 3 calories

Snack: Total Calories – 300 calories

Protein Shake – 120 calories

Chicken Breast (5 slices) – 180 calories

Lunch: Total Calories – 298 calories

Egg White Scramble w/ fresh spinach, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar – 148 calories

Oatmeal, 1 cup –150 calories

Dinner: Total Calories –549 calories

Tilapia veggie and white rice bake w/ white sauce – 539 calories – Whew!

Soy sauce, low sodium – 10 calories

Green Tea – 0 calories

Night Snack: Total Calories – 166 calories

Oatmeal, 1 cup – 166 calories

TOTAL CALORIES FOR DAY: 1,667 of 1,700


Big time! 10 minute warm up on the treadmill. Then – Les Mills Body Pump Class, 1 hour, Burned over 700 calories!!

Best day so far. Took a minute to look at first pic posts and WOW what a difference in what I’m eating now. And using “Calorie Counter” website to keep track of my calories and deficits has been easy and a great tool for adding the info to each post. Truly recommend this as a way to let it really hit home and for accountability! Will start adding additional posts with the fun tips and tricks you’ve come to expect.
