I love this post! I personally have all 5, especially 3 and 5. Great ideas, especially the cardio. Toned muscles are fantastic – hidden by a layer of fat, not so much. No matter where you are in your journey, these are some helpful tips. Imp: remember we all see changes in different time frames and spot training doesn’t work.
