What A Difference A Pair of Croakies Makes!

Quick Update:

Question from Sandy Sue: What are Croakies? Are they the strap that goes around your head?

Answer: Yes, they are the strap that goes around your head that you put the sides of your glasses into (see pic above). A regular adult size worked well for me, not too snug, and kept the glasses on even during extended “plank” exercise. I like the version that has the wider strap going around the back of your head without that tail-looking thing on it!

After busting my a** for a year and a half, sweat pouring off my face, and glasses constanting falling off, I finally broke down and spent $5.25 on a pair of “Croakies” at the WalMart Optical Dept. You can find them in most sporting stores, Target, etc.

Gave them a trial run at a Body Flow yoga class this afternoon and, amazingly, my glasses stayed on the whole time! They got a little foggy but otherwise, worked incredibly well!!!! I’m so thrilled because my glasses keep falling off. In workouts, at Power Yoga, at regular yoga, and now, a cheap but super effective solution. Can’t wait I waited so long!

So, if your glasses keep falling off, consider giving these guys a try. Sure there are other brands and even cheaper on evilbay.

And on the Food Log topic, Today’s Calorie Count is 1,457 out of 1,707. And throw in burning about 300 during yoga class and I’d say all in all, a very good day! hope all of you had as good of one as well.
